Over the past few weeks, we’ve explored how to navigate perimenopause—through nutrition, movement, and lifestyle shifts. But I’ve saved the most important piece for last: mindset.
Life is full of transitions. Some we plan for, and others take us by surprise. Whether it's a career shift, a relationship change, an unexpected detour, or the profound physical and emotional evolution of perimenopause and menopause, the in-between can feel like a space of uncertainty. But what if we reframed these times of transition as opportunities rather than obstacles? What if we saw them as a catalyst for reinvention, growth, and adventure?

So often, we resist change because it feels uncomfortable or scary. But in reality, these moments—when the familiar is slipping away, and the new hasn’t fully arrived—hold immense potential. Finding Your Light
